The swimming season commences on 1st October and concludes on 30th September, however you can join the Warringah Aquatic Swim Club at any time during the year.



New members must register through the JOIN NOW portal which can be found at the top of the Swimming NSW website. The annual fee is $140.00 which registers a member with the Warringah Aquatic Swim Club, Swimming NSW, Swimming Metro North East and the Warringah Amateur Swimming Association.

Any new member under the age of 18 must also register a parent as a non-swimming member of Swimming NSW. This is a club policy, but also provides insurance for that parent in the event of injury at a Club or Swimming NSW sanctioned event.

Please advise the Club Registrar ( when you join so that your membership can be accepted on MyLANE and so you can receive your ClubLANE login details.



If you would like to transfer from another Club to the Warringah Aquatic Swim Club please contact the Club Registrar ( so the transfer can be requested through ClubLane. Once the transfer request has been accepted by the old club you will receive an email requesting payment to join the Warringah Aquatic Swim Club.



Existing club members will receive a renewal email from Swimming NSW each year.

Parents, guardians and carers can apply for a voucher from the Service NSW website from 31st January. The voucher can be used at any time during the calendar year. Therefore, if members have already paid for the 2017-18 season, the voucher can be used for the 2018-19 season (pay prior to December 31st, 2018).  The parent needs to email the voucher to the Club Registrar at  PRIOR  to payment. Refunds are not available if payment has already been made.

The Club Registrar logs into the Services NSW portal to input the voucher code and the members details to activate the voucher.  The Registrar will then activate an emailed invoice to the member for the balance of the payment.
